Abstract
The complexity of the tasks, facing Russian cinematography, is incomparable with the possibilities of their overcoming in the paradigm of simple solutions, adherence to which the state cinema policy demonstrates. The article, prepared at the State Institute of Art Studies, suggests that effective cinema policy is impossible without a careful consideration of specificity, regularity and trends of the cinema process, hiding under its surface and therefore out of reach of traditional statistical accounting, applied research, general educational level of its authors and their everyday awareness (common sense, intuition, practical experience). Conclusion: the worthy future of Russian cinematography is impossible without combination of the three structures - state governance, science and cinema practice.

Abstract
The article problematizes the applicability of the concept “formation”, developed by the nonlinear dynamics' theory, to the field of study of a narrative text. Cinema work is considered as a dynamic process model. It is shown that every narrative text implements nonlinear dynamics as it comprises a point of explosion.

Abstract
Technique and technologies, used to create a screen work, considerably impact on aesthetics of film, TV and multimedia programs. Interplay of creative ideas and technique of their screen realization is a complex and ambiguous process. New technologies make substantial changes in the creating process of an audiovisual work, radically change interpretation of the artistic space and attract an audience by new technical aesthetics. Currently technological ideas are ahead of creative ones.

Abstract
Complexities of literary work's transferring on the screen are discussed in the article as exemplified by Roald Dahl's fairy tale's two screen versions: "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory" (1971, directed by Mel Stuart) and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (2005, directed by Tim Burton). The article is published to the 50th anniversary of Roald Dahl's fairy tale's release.

The article examines death as the art phenomenon. Author identifies category of DEATH, considering it through the prism of modern interpretation in works of art. It is noted that death has lost its original axiological meaning, turning into some optional and negligible phenomenon.

The paper (for the beginning see Issue # 19) treats problems of demonic and monstrous as exemplified by animation works. The forms of their demonstration in animation are defined and the reasons, contributing to change of attitude towards demonic and monstrous characters, are emphasized. The classification of animated demonic and monstrous characters, based on their functions, origin, localization and type of hybridity, is provided.

Abstract
The article treats symbolic exchange of gender roles in modern American cinema comics. The author comes to the conclusion that the narrative functions force female characters to act under a male algorithm while their visual representation brings to a classic "patriarchal" discourse, which testifies to superhero cinema comics' conservatism, characteristic of its genre basis.

Abstract
American screenwriter, producer, director and actor Paul Haggis has substantially gone down in world cinema's history. Currently he is an author of more than thirty-five feature length films' scripts among which are such significant films as "Million Dollar Baby" (2004), "Flags of Our Fathers"(2006), "Letters from Iwo Jima", "Casino Royale"(2006), "Quantum of Solace" (2008), "Terminator Salvation" (2009). His directorial works are of interest as well. The article is devoted to brief analysis of this "second" and less known Haggis' profession.

The article substantiates the necessity of modern financial instruments' implementation under the financing of the leasing of film equipment. The methodological structure of this process' economic assessment under the factoring's implementation in the leasing scheme is shown. Abstract
The history of television impact's psychological studies shows that it affects not only on views but also on the whole child's personality development. Researchers and producers look for positive effects' modeling on children's development. The article demonstrates how to form socially significant views and initial skills of solidarity in children at the age of 4 - 6 using children's television series "Sesame Street in Russia". Experience of scientifically proven modeling of directives and concepts in preschool children can be used in the production of specialized children's channels.
